My cent. Assuming that money can help in improving the service, what about a crowdfunding campaign? I would gladly pay a substantial amount of money in exchange of any kind of "virtual benefit"...
You could ask users for ideas, I'm pretty sure they would come up with dozens of proposals in few hours
For instance: your name appearing as supporter of a game at your choice: 10€, a BGA-logoed cup/shirt/whatever, to be delivered when emergency is over: 25€, a life-long premium account: 250€...

Thank You Thank You. I thought this would be a good time to upgrade to premium to help pay for server needs. I have a receipt from PayPal but I haven't been upgraded. I sent a request concerning this issue to the comments page but haven't received a response. I thought maybe someone here on the forums could point out what I might be doing wrong and then I wouldn't need a response.

I'm sorry if this isn't the best place to post but forums page hasn't have any recent responses to the "bugs" thread for months.
