As the season ends, if a game is still undecided, the player with most time left wins, right? If you use a holiday joker on last day and boost time to 6 days, does this mean you will automatically win all your games, if no one else does the same?

No the player who consume the most of time lose, all of players win, joker has no effect

Something seems off in arena point gain for Battle of Lits. A victory of someone in the top 3 elite league vs a low ranked player in elite nets 4 points, while a victory of someone in the top 3 of elite vs a bronze player with 0 or 1 point in that league gives 5 points.

Why in Arena Stone Age only for 2 players? And where is bronze level players?

Stones age its a desaster with only 2 players but its depends of season only can play 2 ‍🦯
