No, I'm neither part of the BGA team nor a developer.

By "we do expect" I refer to the fact that this is a public forum, and that this is a global post were people can share ideas with the group, goals to achieve. Even average fans can take action without being a developer.

One of the main factors that holds back games being released on BGA is licensing. But a passionate fan of the game can write the publisher requesting the license to be granted to BGA. There can be a multitude of reasons where a non-developer can chime in in discussions.
