Hi, please comment the discarding rule.
On BGA you can discard any tile. I have a copy of Carcassone at home and the rules say that you can discard a tile only if you can't place it. Also the rules say that on your turn you should show your tile to all players. I am not sure that the game become better if you fix this issue but this point should be explained.

Will it be possible to start a new table with Carcassonne without being a BGA Club member at some point?

Congratulations to the finalists.
I want to point out that 7 out of the 8 finalists are BGA club members, which reinforces what I said a few pages back about how members are given an unfair advantage in this competition.
I know you said that you didn't have a choice and had to make Carcassonne a premium game, but competitions like this are more fair if everyone can open tables and choose what specific settings they want to play with. I think it's great to have contests like this, but in the future, I hope you'll consider having contests for non-premium games only.

Thank you!! I have really enjoyed playing Carcassonne since its release.
Are there any plans to add The River as an optional component in the game?

Hmmm, nice, but you have to pay to start a game, which just p****** me off.

They need money to buy servers, pay for hosting, pay the salary for programmers who will add new features and fix bugs.

Hello,
back on this topic. First of all, thanks for adding Carcassone to your catalogue: very nice, old-style, plain game (and a good reason to renew subscriptions

)
Just a question: based on the BGA players' interest, are you still considering some expansions? if yes, would it be possible to hear the community as to what would be the preferred ones?
Thanks for your continuous improvement.

Hi,
Thanks for your message. Yes, we'd like to have expansions here too. The best way to make it happens is to write to the publisher of the game saying that you appreciate the adaptation on BGA
