Yesterday I had 20 hours left in my turn based tournament game and my time wasn't restored. Now I only have 1h left

We use dedicated servers rented in a datacenter. Renting virtualized resources has been tried, but it's too expensive for our usecase, and virtualization has got traps of it's own...Darnoc wrote:"unfortunately all websites rely on real hardware servers that may have physical issues from time to time"
While true, there is an enormous increase in reliability if you are renting server time, versus running one's own servers. I wonder which approach are you using?
