Is there anyway to see, if any of the special scoring rules are on during a game in progress? It is not easy to remember, when you play a turn-based game

Yes, just beneath the tiles available to play this and next turn;
there's a box that shows:
how many tiles are left, list of tiles and than is says which additional rules are in play.
You can also (available at each game) click above on the most right grey pictogram (lines).

I’ve played 2-player twice so far and in both games the meeples either flicker between both colors, or all turn and stay the same color for several turns at a time. Is this a known bug?
