To echo everyone here: thank you so much for all the great work! I hope playing board games will help everyone clam down, and you guys are little heroes for handling this!

Great job responding to a challenging situation with a positive effort. So thankful to have this service in a social deprivation situation.

Thank you!
I was amazed how quickly you could respond to the increased traffic load issue in the weekend. You do a great job and this is a great service you run here without doubt.

I do notice some glitches here and there, but I'd say, the site is still working with 90% efficiency, if not even more. I'm sure most, if not all, of us understand the stressful situation (both psychologically and technically) and if anyone is properly dissatisfied with some technical issues, hopefully this comment can outweigh one of the nasty ones. Thank you for taking care of all of us board game fans and you're doing pretty well, if not great! ♥

This site has ALWAYS been buggy. You'd think for a site that pretty much requires a paid membership, the servers would be much better. I've been a paid member for a couple of years now and I'd appreciate if the site ran a bit smoother

Premium members are given priority, as their connection is resolved before standard members. (Correct me if I am wrong, devs).

The clear path forward, and the easiest way to help this great team, is simple: pay them for Premium membership. Money can make capacity problems a lot easier to manage. Also, they deserve to collect a paycheck for all their hard work. Thank you, devs! I bought a Premium membership on Day 1 because I really needed a site I could play on during this interminable lock-down period. May 1,000 new Premium memberships follow!
Well no need for condescendence, I pay for Premium membership, which does not prevent from asking if I can help in any other way.
