Same.

I play mostly simpler card games on phone - french tarot, hearts, love letter, sushi go, or simpler boards like azul and splendor.

Some games I’ve given up on and reserve for when I’m on ps. Carcassonne being the worst one for phone users.

Speaking as a developer, i disagree. Every IOS device has this issue, there is simply an issue in the way this application handles click vs touch events.

On pc's, there are no touch events, only click and drag events. On touchscreen devices though, there are touch events, and some of then will get translated to click/drag events in order make application work that do not directly listen to touch events. There must be a difference in how chromium does this on android vs ios, and this issue just needs the attention of a developer willing to put some time in this.

Please fix this!

There was an update made to cacao that makes it more playable on the phone. The same update could be made to Carcasonne but I agree with you 🤞

I've had the same issue since I came on BGA but in the last few months it seems to have got worse. Some games are totally unplayable. Generally turns take too long to register or it takes 10-15 attempts, a zoom and a page refresh (or 5) to activate a button. Add this to the number of dooooshbogs who sit there like they're on a 90's game show, fingers poised and waiting to hit the eject button... and I'm on the verge of cancelling my sub and deleting my account. It's very frustrating.

I have the issue with iPhone 15 pro max and chrome browser. I have seen it on multiple games. Many times I have to zoom or rotate the phone orientation to get a touch to register.

It is getting even worse…this is so annoying and I’m not playing with frequency that I was used to play before.

I myself use Chrome on iOS.
Who wants chrome on their device? That is a terrible browser for stealing data. Most who value orivacy have deleted it over the past few years. Google went from the mantra of “Do no evil” to “Endless evil”. https://www.forbes.com/sites/zakdoffman ... -11-users/

And when I type “iOS” into the forum search bar, I find 39 pages of results. It is complained about many times. Each developer chooses what to optimize the game for and it is almost always chrome. I have endless trouble. It is either quit BGA or put up with it and stop playing the games that don’t work. Volunteers do the programming and they decide Which browsers they program for.

Fixing bugs is not a paid position. Volunteer Developers Come and go. And it’s evidently difficult to go through someone else’s programming to find the problem.

Yes, but I only use it for non-sensitive stuff. I don't care if google has my BGA history.

Use many browsers. Do not use the same browser for shopping as for social media.
