I really wish people understood math. If you are seeing similar numbers in these games, that is a sure sign that randomness is not being observed. Some games will be near a normal distribution curve, but the expected value in each game is spikes and variances. In person dice are far worse since they have manufacturing defects and other variables that contribute to skewed results far worse than what you see in a digital randomizer. Please take this as proof that a reasonable randomization method is being used. Sorry that a game involving dice rolls screwed you, I assure you I have experienced worse than you have on this front (doubled down on 6s in a physical game and proceeded to roll it one time over the entire game length while 11s hit a dozen times).

If the odds of this happening is one in million, and there were million of games played every year, you can reasonably expect it to happen once every year on average.

Having a weird dice combination in one game is completely fine. If you take the distribution over all games played and it deviates significantly, then there is a problem.

The odds of rolling a 712 is 1/36. The odds of rolling a 12 30 times in a row is 1/36 to the power of 30. If enough games are played eventually somebody will have a game of nothing rolled but 12s.

You could make a suggestion for the developer to add the option of balanced dice rolls, where the result will be skewered towards the die rolls that haven't been rolled enough, but that is a completely different thing.
