You guys do realise that you can set the Forum Times from your Forum User Control Panel (Up Right), right?
Board Preferences -> My Timezone
Do I miss something or do I really have to change the setting twice a year when DST starts or ends? No automatic DST switch for forum times?

You miss something.
I was talking about people who NEVER set their Forum Time Zone.
Once the Forum Timezone is correctly set, the DST comes and goes automatically (same as the times on the general BGA pages, or the times on most laptops or phones or etc.).

Ok, strange. I was sure my forum time was correctly set before, but currently the time is one hour wrong. Seems to coincide with the DST start last month, not sure.
Just checked: My timezone was set to a specific UTC offset instead of the correct region. Didn't see before that I can select it so specifically.

I have the setting UTC+3 Bucharest, but I think it was UTC+2 Bucharest when I did the setting.
That's why I said that I think the DST comes and goes automatically on the Forum, as well as all the other places: because I have never seen my Real Life Time different by 1 hour, from the time on the Forum.
