I'm sorry, but I think this needs further clarification. Is it only using more than one account to play against each other in ranked games prohibited, or is using more than one account in ranked game prohibited period, even if they don't play against each other. There are some people who continue to believe that it is OK as long as you don't play them against each other to ELO boost.

Playing from multiple accounts for ranking, even if not against themselves, is unfair and prohibited.

A secondary account that ONLY plays in Friendly Mode is permitted (so that players may use these to create tutorials, etc).

I think having 2 prg accounts playing one with the expansions and one without can be allowed because it doesn't correspond to collusion. However, playing with 4 accounts in the arena is not correct for the reasons also explained by Arrigo II

where would you report these accounts? there is no option for this when reporting an account. Trying to do so, BGA just tells me it is allowed to have multiple accounts

Whenever you find can't find the exact category, use the one closest to what you want to report. "The accounts are used to register several times in the same tournament" is close enough to using them several times the same Arena.

I reported it on using multi accounts in tournaments. in the end arena is a tournament and I indicated that. and indeed all the accounts I reported have been reset and removed from Arena.

the FAQ should be updated to that. aswell as other central information sources about that.

One statement, by one admin, on page 3 of a subforum of one game, is not helpful.
