I am always amazed at how colonialism, landgrabbing and resource exploitation seem to be inspiring so many games... honestly it´s a really sickening trend.

Word nerd here again. "A roll player tale"? You mean "role", or is that meant to be a pun? As I mentioned before, "proficient" only refers to people, not maps. The game sounds cool, but who's proofreading your stuff? Ordinarily I wouldn't care, but yours isn't some random post, it's promotional material for your game, and easily fixable, if anyone cares.

"Roll Player" is another title by the same publisher and is intentionally spelled that way.

PLEASE add to the UI a tally so we can see our progress towards scores of future seasons. We can only see a tally for current season. This update should be easy and would be so helpful

I'm enjoying learning this one. But... I'm assuming that, as a cartographer, I only have the ability to map the existing land rather than create it? So my role is to learn the real features of the land but fudge their location on my maps to please my queen? And when she decides to conquer and colonize, I'll take the wealth I've earned with my pleasing maps and move to said land to help the locals resist her armies? (We'll also be helped by the fact that the maps are wrong.)
