Yes! I just did this in my last game tonight but actually finished all 6 cards with one card yet to turn over! and I LOST!
There should be some sort of bonus when you finish crossing out all your numbers before the final one is revealed...

Yes, I did it. I started with three boxes where the end of the row knocked out other numbers from the adjacent boxes. In the final round, I was very lucky that the numbers from the last box came up.
