How many games? 49/51 is pretty tight. I think before it was 51/49? Would be nice to know what the error is on that, because it's probably equivalent to 50/50, or at least as close as any board game can be...

Would love to see an update on the stats, including number of games played.

My personal take is that the more I play, the more I feel it's relatively balanced. I still suspect a slight skew toward Soviets, as they're easier to play and less vulnerable to starting hand problems. And even there, I'm learning more ways to work around a "bad" Axis starting hand. Great game.

For the last 1000 games (10 games finished by day, so it is a 3 months statistics).

That's interesting. I can't win as the Russians. One player has an unbeatable German strategy.
