We had a game that expired after 10 days, this morning at 10:00, but it has not been like that and we have been able to finish it normally at approximately 11:00.

Is it possible that due to maintenance tasks you have increased that time to the games?

We've switched from winter to summer time, which may have had an impact on the duration of the games, which last several days.

It seems like the issues are back . It would be nice to get more details for the technical inclined. Always fascinating to see what challenges services like BGA have to tackle.

Dear Board Game Arena players

We're delighted to announce that the server outages we've been experiencing over the last few weeks, mainly at peak times on Sunday and Monday evenings CEST, seem now behind us!
It's been a long journey for the technical teams, not only to expand the capacity of our servers, but also to monitor, analyse and resolve the many problems we've encountered in the past. We had to rebuild a highway so that you could all enjoy online board games.

We've spent countless hours, in the evenings and at night, keeping a close eye on previous bottlenecks. Our servers and many unseen elements have been upgraded.
It's been a real challenge and as you are a growing community, we'll need to continue to ensure that all your gaming sessions can be enjoyed over the long term.

We still have a few small areas to improve, and scheduled maintenance will take place this Thursday morning. It will be announced on the home page.

So it appears that we were supposed to go to a bug report to get more information:

I feel like platform issues over the past week have goine unacknowledged by BGA/Asmodee. I'm getting boot after boot because I get messages that someone didn't start a game only to learn later that it did start and I was booted. I no longer trust the platform enough to play real time games. And before you say its just me, I've been polling the people I play with all the time at different tables and I'm not alone. This is not my network or my computer. Also, if everyone is having to F5 every couple minutes, what is that doing to server performance overall? Please someone acknowledge this.

We had complicated outage that is still partially underway. It has not gone unnoticed or unacknowledged and information on this is centralized on this issue page.

Issue should be mitigated by now and we are continuing to monitor it.
