I really enjoy playing the Arena competitions. I have one request. It would be nice to receive a notice about our final "place" at the end of each season before things get wiped away for the next Season.
Thank you for considering this!
It's not clear whether you don't know standings for previous seasons remain available to view once the new season begins, or you know this but don't want to go through the hassle of pulling them up.

I don't know where to see standings for previous seasons, other than the top players. Where can I see where I stood without scrolling through thousands of players?

Use settings! You can ask for players in your own strenght.
You cannot filter opponents by strength in Arena through settings. You can only set preferences for what Arena tier you get matched with relative to your current tier.
https://imgur.com/a/Kvpbm5D Just because you are silver and you set it to "near my level +/- 1" does not eliminate strong opponents. An ELO 600 player can be bronze if they've never played Arena before, or haven't played for a few seasons.
Is it different if you are premium or not? I'm premium and clicked on the red door icon to adjust table settings. In a game I am 500+ Elo I have blocked average players and restricted reputation to +75%. I queued a bunch of games like this and always faced 200+ Elo players as intended. Previously I was queuing into some 100-199 Elo players in Arena, which was such a mismatch and making the drafting process in my game imbalanced.
Did the interface change? Is it different because I'm a host? It lets me manually click on and off each Elo rating level, but it does the usual restriction of keeping players close to my rating level, keeping the same function as the image you provided.

I almost never use the single-game lobby that has the red door, so I can't speak to the details, but it has been a frequent complaint that ELO restrictions in simple game mode don't carry over to Arena.

Oh no! Yahtzee gurus, please change the rule set back to maxi yahtzee. There is zero strategy involved in regular yahtzee. It is all luck. So boring. It is going to be a long three months!

I disagree, many of us have been waiting many seasons to be able to finally play Yahtzee again. People don't seem to like both games, they should probably just be separate listed games.

Go to that game's lobby (for example, search for it using the search function in the top left of most pages) and scroll down to "My Arena history." It will show you where you finished in the two most recently completed seasons without having to scroll anything. If you want to see even earlier seasons click on "View all seasons."

In the previous seasons, it was
you (more exactly the
gurus) who chose the game formats for the Arena: player number, options used, ...
We are very happy to see that this way of doing things contributed to making the Arena more popular: thank you to all gurus for their smart suggestions and their votes!
Past tense is weird here, am I missing something about how it works now?
