I clicked all chests except one, August 2nd.
Would there be a show of lenience and awarding the legendary trophy to those who only missed one ?

Me too

First year I got them all
Some people suggested a trophy "All days except one"
I like that a lot!
Or the suggestion about a joker too.
Or some extra challenge you have to do, like for example playing a specific number of the new released games, to get a day you missed.
Because to click every day is very hard and it's very disappointing when you know you can't do it anymore.

It could be the Gareth Southgate trophy: so near and yet so far.

After not getting it last year by just a few, I extra tried my best and got all of them this time!

Nice to actively try to get them all this year - I set a daily alarm at 09:00 - which I succeeded in.
tbh, I had usually opened it at 23:00 GMT as the french clock is 2 hours ahead, or early morning before the alarm.
As a paid up member, of course, the vast majority I have seen appearing in the Beta list which I lurk around every week, so not exactly a surprise.
But nice to know they are graduating to being visible to others.
Congrats to the other 4,000-odd.

And also, sometimes one could check an additional time every day just in case because human memory is faulty, and after doing the same tasks every day for weeks, sometimes you can't be sure if your memory of doing it "today" is actually a memory from doing it three days ago. Being too sure of myself that I'd already done it on a particular day is what has caused me to miss it in the past.
But I didn't come crying in the forums over it.

My husband missed only the last day! *cry* He had noticed earlier when he was a little late clicking for Paris time that he was still able to record a click if it had not reached midnight at our local time, so he thought that it had been "fixed" to be more lenient. That fix did not hold for the last day of the event, though, so no ultimate pirate badge for my hubby.
I would love if there were a time joker, or a catch-up opportunity, or something like that. I'd gotten into the habit of announcing 'it's tomorrow in France!" every evening, but missed that crucial final day.

Did I miss a post or is there somewhere we can see how many people got the award?
