What exactly are you expecting in a helpdesk that you're not getting? Live support? For the membership price we pay?

I noted in the separate (locked) thread they started that we aren't paying enough for that. I get that in general people simply don't understand how much things cost, but why are you expecting the same level of service you get with your mobile phone plan at the price you're paying for BGA? Or maybe I'm really overpaying for my mobile plan!

Yes I saw that, but I believe this post was made after your comment over there, and yet they still seem to be expecting something more than what is offered (which frankly meets all of their requirements - a place to report this, which is relatively easy to find, given it's linked from the menu of all tables, plus from both the FAQ and the Contact us/Support page).
