The mere existence of a tutorial doesn’t mean it’s good enough to be an official one. They evaluate them and look at statistics (ratings, completion rates, etc) before deciding to put it on the game’s page.

When I'm trying to take a Develop action with a discount (like -2), it doesn't seem to be giving the discount? If I play the tile with the green -2, but then I try to take a Develop tile with red -2 cost slot, it still costs 2. Am I not understanding something? Thanks!

EDIT - Nevermind - I see now that now that you always pay an extra 2 to take a 2nd tile. Missed that.
