I have no issue with AI art as long as it doesnt steal from artists.
This is silly to me.
All art is political inherently, regardless of creator intentions. I don't think any art could be apolitical. Even a child's crayon drawing of "home" or "family" contains societal assumptions that are downstream of policy decisions that the child couldn't be aware of, even if they aren't trying to make a statement about anything.

I believe, and would think most of us would agree, that board games are art as well.

So I don't understand the thought of "keeping politics out of board games/BGA". I get not wanting to be preached to or accosted, but someone on a public forum condemning transphobia ought not to be read as a personal attack unless one is a transphobe. It ultimately sounds like you feel entitled to not ever have your views challenged, which isn't how life works-but also you are equally free to ignore the post or reply with why you disagree. But saying "keep politics out of this space" as a blanket statement is unreasonable.

Also, it seems there is a misunderstanding about how ai "art" works. Literally everything ai "creates" is just remixing data it was trained on, often times data taken without permission. So, again, inherently, every picture generated with any ai, ever, will be stolen art. It's blatant plagiarism, which is one of the reasons people are so outspoken against it (in addition to it being lazy and looking awful).

I thought there would be something interesting on the forum, but it's just the annoying people coming to politicize everything.
You guys have already managed to ruin almost all the movies and games of this new generation with the woke agenda.
Go somewhere else.
