Maybe Alhambra, there is an expansion which is named E4

As far as I can tell from Wikipedia, the first character looks like a mirrored version of the arabic letter 'fa', which normally represents f/v, but can be 80 in numerical notation.
It's quite clearly not a normal letter e.

^^^f/v you say, well there is the Alhambra expansion Vizier's Favor. An "f" and a "v", lol. Not to mention it includes 4 modules to the base game, as it is described.

Still don't think chess because the clue would be too easy for that... It must be something more elaborate

First off, it's not an "e" no matter how similar in shape.

So I wouldn't read it as E4.

Enigma was a long shot, but based on the file name made some sense. But the "F4" makes more sense, so Alhambra it might be, though I don't see a similarity in the photo posted from that game.

You wouldn't read it has e4 because it is not exactly an "e", but you are perfectly fine with calling it an "f".

On an Moorish/Arabic theme, then Marrakech could also be a possibility?

i hope its not chess. I really hate this game. Too old and simple game for board game arena.
