Tons of games model different aspects of politics, all the way back to Chess at least. Unlike Chess, I enjoy this one, but that's just personal preference. This one just happens to model more recent struggles.

Sure, though I'd push back a bit on 'just modeling recent struggles' as if it's neutral — the framing (crisis-of-capitalism opening, class-conflict branding) does read more sympathetic to labor than to capital, even if all four factions are mechanically viable to win with.
