Hi Darh,
Really appreciate your responses and it helps to understand the reasoning behind the update.
The game is playable again now. Still not at its best but we will get there
I am really looking forward to seafahrers. In case you need help with testing I would like to volunteer

I discover the update :
it's terrible! All members I chat with think the same.
Why this 1 - 2 seconds to discover the result of the dice when it's rolled?
It slows the game a lot!
I think we have lot of players (like me) who wants to accelerate more the game, and play "blitz" / "bullets"; but you choose the exact opposite : to slow the game
And the more the game is slow, and the more the players are doing other things in same time. So it slows more again the game.

You can speed up all animations in the game preferences.

This update is terrible from a design perspective. I play Catan on my laptop, and now I can’t see the third player’s developments on the screen because the player cards take up so much space. And if I play with four players, am I supposed to scroll every time?
I don"t like games where I constantly have to scroll up and down the screen. I won’t play games like that here. The huge player cards have completely ruined one of my favorite games.
And don’t even get me started on how difficult it is to see which resources each player received. Even if I choose the two-column layout, I still can’t properly see the third player’s information. So I have to keep scrolling up and down, over and over again. It’s awful!
Please bring back the old design or give us the option to choose between the old and new layouts!

But before, you have all : dice and information of result of dice, immediatly and easy to see.
Now, there is a bit of latence and it's less visible

Of course.
The game is in full-screen mode, and nothing is cut off. Before the update, I could see two rows of actions, like resource collection and so on. Now I can’t see those rows or some of the third player’s information. And don’t even get me started on the fourth player

The card animations are also lagging, although this might be related to my MacBook or Google Chrome, so I’m not making a complaint about it, just sharing the information.
When an action card is played, it briefly flashes on the screen, appearing only partially, and then appears again with the full animation. This didn’t happen before the update. Everything was smooth and displayed correctly the first time. Screenshots won’t help in this case so.
