This is certainly an opinion.

Yeah, an objective opinion. Imagine wasting 40 minutes of your life on a game that is mainly decided by who gets the most S-tier cards. Mars wasn't even balanced for 2p, but I don't really want to argue with arena players, you guys clearly have a specific mindset that starts with "a".

Then tell us which player count you think to know this game was designed for.

The designer has stated that the game was designed around 3-4 players. Card balance makes this fairly evident in any case.

I opine card / corporation balance varies across player counts, sure; I don't see anything in the design that screams to me 'this was designed for 3p or 4p'. Sure all the attack cards are weaker in any non 2p game; some cards and corps are stronger in 3p+ than 2p -there's nothing I can see that points to the game being designed for 3p+.

Of course, I am a Frylexus (spelling?) so perhaps somewhere they have stated this opinion on the game.

you have 600+ games with a 53% wr at 200 elo...Statistically even if you have every S tier card you will struggle to beat good players, maybe focus on your gameplay rather than venting at supposed balance issues that you aren't good enough to properly understand.

I'd opine we are better off debating opinions on the game regardless of the ELO rating of the people in the discussion... but hey, internet is internet.

Agreed. FollowFolklore is correct, there are some imbalanced cards, especially in 2-player.

That said, the game still plays well with 2 players and is often the preferred player count.

So what is the minimum elo and winrate you need to be able to complain about balence issues in the forurms?
