BGA is gainfully employing™ to date at around 12.000 highly trained dice rolling monkeys and other lifeforms with suitable appendages with which they derive their random numbers.

You may find further details here.

I can only agree,
this bad Backgammon will not let the players skill be useful.
Only luck is needed here.

This algorythm is really ridiculous...

Año 2022, el algoritmo para el backgammon continúa siendo desastroso. Me gusta mucho este juego pero ya lo dejo como favorito...es irreal el número de dobles que salen.

The algorythm at the Arena games is ALWAYS for the players with the higher points.
The players with the less points NEVER will have a chance
Once a player has reached Elite, it ONLY depends on the points. A player with less points NEVER will make it to higher than position 150 or less.
NEVER to the TOP 100 players.
Thats a fact
I see it at me. ALWAYS lost against players with higher points. But not because I play less good. No. Because they get better disces and TONS of DOUBLES

I love satements with "always" or "never" because they are so easy to prove wrong with just one counter example. Here it is (I didn't even have to scroll far): https://boardgamearena.com/table?table=340095844
