I need to complain about the time zones and streaks. If you're going to have daily streaks a little bit of communication on when the day flips is handy. It is still the eighth of July here and I've lost my streak for not opening the 8th of July box. I'm operating at UTC-8 so the flip is inconveniently at a strange time in the middle of the day, but mostly I'm realizing right now 9 days in what's going on with my streaks. I'm pretty sure this did not happen with the December event. (although it's possible I was just more attentive to opening it in the morning)

You have a 24 hour window to open each chests, I don't see the issue to be honest, apart from folks who would have missed the first few days. Whatever time zone you pick, there would be someone who has it change in the middle of the day. Just make a note of when would be a good time for you to log in daily, and it's all good

If you click on any future chest, it tells you the remaining time before the next treasure is available.

That's annoying, they need a countdown timer so people know. I clicked it in the middle of the day, it should have been fine for most time zones.
I agree that a countdown timer would be helpful. I have clicked every day at various times but apparently my clicks for July 1 and 4 didn't count. It's not a big deal but it would be nice to have been informed that there was a time zone requirement or even better to have a countdown clock. That being said I am enjoying all the new games.

I open the chests daily and get a red circle yet I am given no achievements for doing so. I believe there must be some sort of bug causing this.

I feel a little confused and left out - I only found out about this because I clicked the wrong thing and went back to the homepage (I usually have the waiting games list up)
Do I get one for starting and lots of random ones, or one per day, or two per day, or one where I get a game or one where I try to start a game...
Draughts baffles me at times, be kind.

I still am confused. I didn't receive a notification about the summer release calendar and I have no idea where this treasure chest is supposed to appear. I am not terribly concerned about the streak for the special prizes but it would be nice to be able to collect a few and to not be in the dark about the new games.

Okay, so I found where the calendar is located but missed it from Day One because I almost never scroll down. Yet another punishment for playing on a phone ><

There really should be an option to receive a notification each day of this when the next one is available. Opt people out by default but allow people to opt in.
The home page is (odd to say) too hidden a spot for this site. The top banner on the homepage is the only part in view, unless someone scrolls to the rest of the page, but the page content isn’t the type that really warrants you to do so.
And further, i almost never go to the homepage in normal circumstances, and i can’t imagine I’m the only one. I navigate here often via turn announcement emails. Otherwise, i have my Games in Progress page bookmarked.
