Are all box visuals loaded simultaneously? (including the hidden ones)
My connexion is not the best, i got white squares during more than 10s before seeing any visual displayed.
Had no problem with the previous version

I also find it much harder to find games on the new interface.

New interface bad - can't open games in new tab, takes longer to load than old list. Tabs are a very basic and useful feature, why did BGA choose to remove them?

Please rollback, the old list was fine and did not need changing.

Shinier =/= better

Edit: wait, just been fiddling - if you middle click you can open in new tab, although ctrl+click opens in new tab AND in current tab. Its still worse than the way the old list worked, though.

I'm not such a fan of the new interface. I have some simple feedback from a mostly PC user perspective;

The number of items (games) displayed on the screen at any one time are fewer with this new display and the displays are messier so it is harder to browse for a game that you're not already specifically looking for to begin with.

In addition to this the way the thumbnails interact with the cursor is to zoom in or pop out which then covers another game and there is little area on the screen which doesn't cause this to happen.

I agree, that page is a lot less user friendly now! A lot!

As others have mentioned, the icons are less distinct, you can't open a few games in an other tab while browsing through the list (something that drives me nuts in play store), and the page generally feels less clear now. The new design manages to worsen nearly every important marker for a good UI, especially when it comes to speed of use and clarity. Please revert to the previous layout/style.

I strongly dislike the new games page

Oh, boy do I not like this change! I can see what the design was going for, but it's a whole lot harder to use now. The using > to scroll through games is rough and while the "show more" gets to a better view, the big picture makes it hard to find things. Under "Popular Now" there are 4 different games that are just green fields/playing boards. Not easy to tell what is what at a glance anymore. Maybe get that box to be much bigger as that is the main thing we are looking for, not some random zoomed-in picture.

The hover blow-ups are bit much as well. Like scrolling, though the page it blocks out everything above/below it so have to make sure your mouse is way off the screen else here comes pop-up city.

Suggestions: Bigger box art/smaller random picture, put a longer delay on when the game zooms in when you hover, look at bring back more categories, ditch the < > shuffles, a drop-down was a better experience without wearing out my mouse/finger.

what I don't like is that for alpha games we no longer see the latest games to be tested, but only those that we have agreed to test. It's really annoying!

Replying to support this position. Not a fan. Harder to read. Can't see the box art. Less on the page than before.

All the games look the same. Can see only partially some name « wester of …. ». I am thinking about stopping bga after years. Game site dna lost…?
