How to report & need for better tournament restriction

Someone should have reported him sooner? I've created posts about this and tried to report through the complaints section, too. Something is only happening as a bunch of people have complained at once.

I feel like you're more worried about the small bit of income you're getting as they're a paying member more than the problems caused for other people.

It makes me wonder if I shouldn't cancel my membership instead.

We explained dozen of times that forums is not a good place for reporting people, so you should not complain if there is no reaction to your post.

As I said previously, we received exactly ONE email on this subject over the past year (+ 1 report yesterday), so our reaction is more than appropriate I would say.

Considering the tone of the latest message, while in parallel I have already said that we are working on a fix, I am closing this thread so we can focus on fixing BGA instead of moderating this forum.
