my most played game on BGA is about to become my least played game

the new graphics are awful. garish, hard to read, and lacking any form of utility

please please give us an option to chose old or new design

on ne peut se cacher derrière le fait que les nouveaux graphiques sont ceux du commerce pour justifier que tout va bien. La restitution est mauvaise, du point de vue des polices, des couleurs et des chiffres, et la loupe n'est parfois pas suffisante. Il faut que les administrateurs entendent les reproches, fort nombreux, allant dans ce sens et trouvent des solutions, voire reviennent en arrière quitte à perdre le plaisir des extensions .

Hi everyone! Sorry I didn't see this thread until now. (If someone knows how I can get notified for new Innovation threads in this forum, please let me know.)

We are working hard at addressing these concerns about the graphics. Please read our latest announcement if you haven't already: https://boardgamearena.com/group?id=192 ... s522076893.

We've already addressed some issues that were easy to fix (e.g. making blue and green more distinguishable). And we are actively working on giving you an game preference to simplify the fronts of the cards so that they look a bit more like they used to.

The reason we can't just revert it back to the old graphics is because we completely changed how the cards are rendered. Instead of loading the card as a full image, we now build the card dynamically. If we didn't do this, the image files for the hundreds of expansion cards would have been way too large and the game would have run slowly for everyone.
