En cette nouvelle année je vous conjure d'ajouter les extensions à ce magnifique jeu.

I would also very much appreciate the expansions being added.

You need to contact the publisher. The publisher maintains full creative control over their game, so they're the ones you want to talk to. As of today, the developers haven't heard anything from the publishers.
