Expansions crowdfunding?

Why is there no information anywhere on the official BANG! social media pages, (FB, Instagram, Twitter (X), etc.) for example, that it’s possible to play the game online via the Board Game Arena website?

Bang is their game. If they want - they can promote it. They receive money when people play it on BGA. Hence I totally don't understand why they don't. For example Ignacy from Portal Games promotes BGA everywhere.

What bothers me the most right now is the limited number of playable characters — there are really very few to choose from.

That's because neither Dodge City nor following expansions are impelmented. If dv Giochi agrees and sponsors this - I am more than happy to add all expansions to the platform!

A banner before the game

Even if you were joking - this actually makes sense

Some games do actually show a banner/link to buy the physical game. I don't remember exactly where, maybe during the game or at the end screen, maybe Bang! is already one of them. Having the same for crowdfunded development would indeed make sense, or at least as much sense as the "buy this game" link, as long as BGA and the publisher approve.
