Agree with Robert, taking the average ELO of the last (i think 1000 would be better) games in variant A with B people and score C gives the best estimate for a reasonable ELO for such a score. Maybe also interesting to look at the average scores at different levels. 3p games with Masters you get +0 almost always. And at some level the same starts to happen at 4p, where 5p still results in +4 at that level, although 4p and 5p are practically the same at some point for difficulty.
