It's truly disappointing to see BGA promote usage of gen AI like this. On the other hand it's comforting to see that this release caused so many reactions concerning the AI usage. It's clear that many of the users hate that this is a rising trend here (e.g. the AI generated announcement texts, or that profile picture) and I hope that the negative reactions and voicings won't fall on deaf ears!

AI art projects should be banned from BGA

Cool, more AI garbage on the front page. I'll have to start reconsidering paying for BGA Premium if the money's going to support slop like this instead of games made by real creatives. I'm glad to see the community pushing back on this at least.

If BGA is going to allow pathetic garbage like this the least they can do is tag it or flag it as genAI trash.

Confused and disappointed to see BGA give this a headlining announcement. The platform is getting new great games all the time, why put the spotlight on blatant AI slop?
