Re: Google Chrome and Firefox Extension

I found a new cosmetic bug. On the page with games in progress (https://boardgamearena.com/gameinprogress), in dark mode, the game titles are clipped from the bottom. Screenshot: https://ibb.co/LzDJsvSH . The titles are displayed properly in light mode.

Thanks, I hadn't seen that (it only happens if you display the tables as “small”), I'll fix it for the next version.

As for your other idea, I can see that it's of interest to a lot of people :) I'll try to take some time to study the feasibility in a little more detail, but it still seems quite complicated.
I've already got to find some time, and I have to find a solution that will not take too long to develop (I'm doing it all in my spare time) ... I can't promise anything, but I'll try.

Sounds good. If that feature looks complicated then don't worry about it. As you said earlier, this should really be implemented in BGA (ideally by default). BGA in fact remembers the skill restriction settings in each game individually once it's set. It's just that by default it has no restriction, which is a problem.

I created a bug suggestion for BGA, so if anyone on this thread feels the same way, please upvote: https://boardgamearena.com/bug?id=160512

I have found a solution to manage this for the "fast create" feature of the extension.
I published a new version, It should be available soon.
I will published a description tomorrow, and an update of the online documentation too.
Good night everybody!

Thanks!

Well, weekly updates are currently twice a week :D
New version 1.11.7 released last night, with a small improvement to the “Fast table creation” option. It's now possible to configure whether you want to ban stronger players and/or players with bad karma from your tables. Hope you like it! Let me know when you've had a chance to try it out.
This version also fixes the dark mode for :
- Jurassic Snack
- Crafting the Cosmos
- Aquatica
- Dice Mission
And fixes a few miscellaneous bugs ...

While waiting for the new version in the google store I noticed one more thing. The user names in the Tables tab in the extension is inconsistent with the order shown in the game in BGA. For example, I'm playing now Beyond the Sun and there are 3 players. They are shown in BGA in this order from top to bottom: I B R (I used first initials), but the extension shows them in the Tables tab in this order: I R B. Could you make the names appear in the same order as in BGA?

I will have a look, but the players in the sidebar appears in the same order than in the page.
It's consistent with the scrolling order.
Maybe I could add a parameter to change the order... I will see !

By "sidebar" do you mean the right panel in the game? If yes. that's what I meant in my last post. The users appear there in the order I B R, but in the extension it is I R B:

Sorry, I thought you were talking about this: https://en.doc.boardgamearena.com/Chrom ... ation_menu
In the screenshot you show me, the players are displayed in the order in which bga gives them to me. This is normally the same order as the one you can find here: https://boardgamearena.com/gameinprogress
In any case, I have no way of determining the players' turn order, unless I run the game, as this is something that is managed by the games.
