It has happened to me once with a perfect score and a couple times probably with 65 or 64.
I'm attaching the image with the 66 pts.
In sum, it can be done, especially if you play a lot, but you definitely cannot plan it or obsess about it.
You definitely have to have some luck too (there were some moves where I was close to losing some points), but after you have a good start, ie a couple of hands go by and you're still perfect, theoretically it can be done.
It's a nice feeling I tell you, to think you at least made all of the moves with sense, but it still counts as a regular win and gives you regular ELO points.
It's always nice to compete and train the mind.

It came with no award whatsoever.

I just did my first clean run, 66 points! 5 player professional. So I'm really happy! It's such a feeling to do it! But no award, should be one. It's so hard to accomplish.. I have played around 800 games (mostly professional) and never done it until now! So yeah, it's not easy at all,

Congrats is in order when you finish with 66 points. However it more often means that someone played really poorly, than someone played excellent. Usually it means someone else lost 66 points in 2 rounds, or sometimes 3 rounds. Quite often, one player went below 0 while all the other players are not close to 0 yet. Now a 66, with every other opponent having 10 points or less, now that’s a good game But usually a 66 only happens on short games.

I think a better accomplishment is having any winning score, but all other players having negative scores. This happens less often and is more of a longer, and more satisfying victory

I’d also like to point out that the goal of the game is to win, not to have 66 points. An expert player will often take a few points on purpose rather than gamble on taking very expensive rows later. While an inexperienced player will try to avoid any points on each and every play, and more often end up taking bigger rows. So something like winning 5 games in a row is actually a much better sign of skill than winning with a 66.
