I just got 734...includes five yahtzees.

Just seen.....second highest....prinsesloxia (?) got 742 back in February 2023.

Look at the first 3 moves! All Yahtzees!

There is no way the dice probabilities are correct for this game.

First, it's not the first 3 moves, but the first 3 moves of one player. So you're already applying some selection bias.

Second, the probability of rolling a yahtzee with 2 rerolls is much higher than you probably believe. It's 4.61% or 1 in 22. Rolling a yahtzee in all of the first 3 moves would be one in 10200. With 15 million games played, I'm sure it has happened a few times already

But you'd also have been similarly outraged by any other set of 3 yahtzees, not necessarily in the first 3 moves, as already noted. And the probability of that is much higher.

What is not correct is your (and at least 99.999% of all humans) intuition about probabilities.
