Le premier combat de cette Campagne s'est déroulé cette nuit ! L'avantage a finalement favorisé l'officier Misterfunny99 du camp Australien. Les tactiques stratégiques s'affinent et après cette rencontre les QG étudient les éventuelles manœuvres a mettre en place ! Voilà concrètement les équipes lancées chacune vers leurs objectifs !! The first battle of this Campaign took place last night! The advantage ultimately favored officer Misterfunny99 from the Australian camp. Une nouvelle unité M44 fait son entrée dans le monde de la deuxième guerre mondiale sur le front Pacifique. Les soldats Papous constituaient un bataillon de combattants commandés par des officiers et sous officiers Australiens. Cette unité a été la première a s'opposer aux forces Japonaises débarquées se rendant sur KOKODA. Subissant les tactiques expérimentées de l' ennemie, ce bataillon a été dispersé en subissant de fortes pertes. Mais avec l'expérience du combat tout au long des affrontements , ces hommes sont devenus le cauchemar des unités japonaises car leur spécialité était de s'introduire de nuit dans le campement ennemi, de frapper subitement et de disparaitre dans la jungle. Ils étaient surnommés par les soldats japonais les "Fantômes verts".
A new M44 unit enters the world of World War II in the Pacific. The Papuan soldiers constituted a battalion of fighters commanded by Australian officers and NCOs. This unit was the first to oppose the dismounted Japanese forces going to KOKODA. Suffering from the experienced tactics of the enemy, this battalion was dispersed suffering heavy losses. But with combat experience throughout the clashes, these men became the nightmare of the Japanese units because their specialty was to enter the enemy camp at night, strike suddenly and disappear into the jungle. They were nicknamed by the Japanese soldiers the "Green Shadows".

Les joueurs de la Campagne ont de quoi patienter entre deux batailles en lisant la gazette de "LA PROVDA" que les très anciens joueurs M44 O.L connaissent bien puisqu'elle animait les premiers tournois de la WOLF avec Albanrey et la totalité du META-JEU (incroyable gestion technique d'une guerre mondiale opposant deux camps sur des scénarios M44 ).
Campaign players have enough to wait between two battles by reading the "LA PROVDA" gazette which very old M44 O.L players know well since it hosted the first WOLF tournaments with Albanrey and the entire META-GAME ( incredible technical management of a world war opposing two camps on M44 scenarios).
