I'll just add my insignificant voice in support of making each TTR version a separate game on BGA. My view is that splitting the community is a problem that does not exist.

Will Italy and Japan expansions also be included sometime?

This alone is reason enough to split the TTRs. Switzerland as a toggle for the USA map leads to confusion, and confusion leads to bad experiences with the BGA platform.

  games that get abandoned
  games that are confusing
  clutter in the bug reporting, and extra work because of it
  ELO effects
  grumpy players

Wow! I didn't know there are so many different TTRs!

i wish people would play it more. it's hard to find people to join games. it's much more fun than usa, usa is so boring.....

Many people don’t even realize or remember Switzerland, even I sometimes forget it exists. I open the games page, see USA and Europe, and just start a USA game without thinking. If it were a separate map, maybe things would be better...

No news unfortunately, it's disappointing how the opinion of the community is always ignored tbh

Did you know that in addition to Ticket to Ride USA and Europe, you can play the Switzerland map?

Following a popular request, we moved the map pack to a separated project : /gamepanel?game=tickettoridemaps

Note: games started with Switzerland option on Ticket to Ride page can be finished, but you need to use the new page to start new games of Switzerland.
