It's important to give feedback when such a crime is commited.
Also, even when "reverting to old graphics", it keeps displaying the castles with the new design on the endgame scoring sheet, and much worse : BGA updated the game lists & page with the new style, which... let's stay polite and say "isn't to everyone's taste".

Having my most beloved game reduced to this really hurts my eyes.

I'm genuinely curious about the reason behind this choice.
Previous graphics were perfect and cute. WHY spend resources for "modernizing" something which wasn't old ?

Honestly, even if new art was good, I'd wonder why bothering to change it, which also screws compatibility between "old" and "new" physical boxes, like Queendomino or Age of giants.

Agreed. I'm shocked at the pure hatred towards the new graphics.

I hadn't played Kingdomino for several months, and when I played a random game, I felt very pleased with the new graphics. They look much nicer. But I suppose we are in the minority.

Y a une option ingame pour récupérer l'ancien design qui a été mentionnée dès la première page de ce thread.

New graphic is horrible and quite Impossible to play for daltonic People like i am.

Did you read *any* of the pages of this thread?

How to change without being in game - go to observe a game, click the 3 lines at the top right corner / Preferences / Edition. There you get 2 options: "New (2025)" by default and "Original (2016)", and you can switch to Original - it will be remembered forever.

I think we clearly have overwhelming majority of people who prefer the Original (and if you analyze the stats internally - keep in mind you have strong bias towards people not even bothering or not knowing how to revert, who are just enduring the new look, without liking it more); so I'd suggest the Original (2016) look becomes the default and the New (2025) look is kept only as an option for those interested in it.

You have a strong bias towards people who go to the forum to complain. You'll never know about those who are happy with the change and never bother visiting the forum (there may be thousands, there may be none).
