The timezone conversion on the new tournament page is incorrect (for Australian Eastern Summer Time anyway). It was correct on the old page.

And before brushing this feedback off as "you're just used to the old interface, but you'll get used to the new one," some changes are equivalent to removing the brakes from a car and saying "you're just used to having brakes, but you'll get used to not having brakes."

Now you can only see who joined a tournement, but not the other player who are invited.

For example:

Thank you for the update. I think that the tournament screen looks a little nicer and more modern. I like the font and colour scheme; however, whereas previously I found the tournament screen quite convenient, I'm finding it less functionally useful and, in some ways, a little annoying to use:

In the new 'Tournament State' section, I can no longer simply scroll through all the results, but instead have to click on arrows to navigate down or to the right. Requiring users to make multiple clicks to view information versus scrolling doesn't feel user-friendly.

Results in the 'Tournament State section' now default to 'My Progress' rather than 'Overview' - I've never had any interest in seeing the 'My Progress' view. Is there any way to change this default back to 'Overview' in user settings?

The 'Registered Participants' view is now giving an ISO rating of 0 to any player who does not have premium, whereas previously non-premium players had a blank, but were still shown in order of ISO rating, making it possible to estimate what that ISO rating might be. I don't really understand in general how it's an advantage for the ISO ratings of Premium players to be shown, but the ISO ratings of Free players to be hidden; if anything, it's a disincentive to go premium.

I can no longer two-finger zoom on my touchpad on the 'Tournament State' section of the tournament page, but instead I'm having to zoom via browser menus. This is in Google Chrome on PC. Two-finger zoom does work on the rest of the Tournament page.

All in all, if I could choose, I'd prefer to go back to the functionality of the old tournament screen, albeit with some of the aesthetics of the new one.

I'm confused why this news article mentions Magic: The Gathering when I don't see any way to play that on Board Game Arena.

I just want to say that I would like to be able to toggle to the old tournament page style. In that one I could actually see the tournament standings in round robin format. In the current one it doesn't show how many game everyone has completed, it doesn't order by current standings and it doesn't show the tiebreakers. And yeah, the tiebrakers are a big deal for the standings in a lot of games.

While I like the cleaner look. the functionality is less. On the tournament pages I want to see where everyone is in the standings, how many games they played, and how many they have left. Now I have to look at several screens to figure out where I am. Saying I have 11 points, and the person below me in the standings has 10 without telling me I have one game left and they have four is meaningless in the round robin format.

They also mention Uno, which is not a game on BGA. Not sure why they couldn't find two games that are actually on THIS site to mention. Maybe they just asked AI to write it and didn't check it over.

They were giving an example of something with hard to read flavor text that they thought many people would be familiar with. The whole premise is that things are no longer hard to read on BGA, so giving an example from a game on BGA wouldn't even make sense in this context.

This is the one that doesn't make sense because you can't be "here for" a game that isn't "here."
