It has not been, but I have the same question. Do you know yet if Power Up will be implemented or allowed by the publisher?

BTW, the implementation is top notch. Good layout, flows smoothly and I have not encountered any bugs yet. Because the game flows so well, we can get through a four player game in 10-15 minutes. That's a good thing but also maybe an indication that Power Up would add some needed variety?

I don't know about publisher agreement for Power Up, but I'll ask.

I have no plan to add it, I check quickly and it looks like a lot of work, so I'm not sure I'll do it just for fun

Usually BGA wait to see game success before adding expansions, we'll see after KOT release if BGA & publisher both want to add it.
