Close match down to the last roll! Both rounds saw initial strong initial pushes from the Axis peter out and run into supply issues towards the end. The fresher allied troops being able to reinforce the weakened front and finish off the depleted Axis forces both times.

First Round
An early aggressive push by the Axis seemed unstoppable but a string a bad luck on their part allowed the Allies to regain the momentum and rally to win 6-5 with Gnist39 in the lead.

Second Round
A highly aggressive Allies pushed heavily into Axis territory with a strong flank attack from the west to support a surge in the center giving the Allies a clear victory of 6-2 with Ryjaz in the lead.

Final Score: Ryjaz: 11 and Gnist39: 8

Quite a fun game, though I ended up making a couple big moves to win both games. First game was pretty close. We started a bit cautiously, then both quickly became aggressive trying to earn those last few medals. Second game was pretty even and much more defensive until the last two turns. wolfslair played an infantry assault in the center, I counter attacked it, then immediately drew another infantry assault to claim their town and defeat one more unit!

Edit: Final score of 12-6, diller9 winning. Great games with my tourney partner!
