Normal ELO win/loss. Consecutive adjusting only happens when it's a one player consecutively winning against that same other player. If the result reverses, it's a new consideration and starts back from no adjustment.

I will add that even in game logic you have some non-transitive win probabilities (A > B > C > A).
I tend to be better than my average level in hard pattern, but worst with easy one where it's just who can click the fastest.
So depending of the speed/thoughs of the opponent, and depending of the setting of the game, you can have various effect.
That effect is lower than many other games, but it still exist.
