Any update on the status of this game? I see posts saying in Alpha and others saying it is essentially abandoned.

I'm one of those people who remembers the actual events of Watergate, as well as watching the news every day as they unfolded. I'm not interested in purchasing the game, but I'd like to play it once or twice. I never would have guessed that this could be turned into a great game.

I've been playing and it's more in beta than alpha stage since it's quite playable.
My only feature request would be if I can't react to my opponent then don't show me that option.
Thanks for such an excellent implementation of really fun game!
