The only change I noticed is in the Table Configuration interface. I now see only Game Mode and Game setup whereas before I also could see other options.
Grrrrr, I now have the same problem, and my system seems up-to-date and on the right time and date. (That's four players who have experienced the same problem?). I replayed an earlier game of mine, selected Play Again and it opened the Games page. GP wouldn't open in the Games page, so I opened in Play and got the wrong seed. I've previously started games with the correct seed appearing in both fixed and random maps, first to assess the set-up to decide which faction to be played for the challenge, then to try to replicate the problem when it first arose. I think the only new thing I've done this time is to select Play Again.

I just checked your most recent tables.
- Your most recent table has you playing the monthly seed on Automa difficulty, which you abandon prior to selecting a faction.
- The one prior, you beat Automa-level Taklons as Itars. I can't tell if this is the table you're complaining about.
- Before that, you beat Automa-level Firaks as Ambas.

Can you tell me which table had the issue?

Bonus: Take the seed from the table, add two zeroes to the end, and put that number into the first field on https://www.epochconverter.com/. It will give you a date that should be the first day of the month at 12:00 PM GMT. If you are getting a time that's an hour off (as the two ticket reporters did), then your system's time zone settings are probably incorrect.

(The automa of the week uses the same methodology but with a 12-hour offset to avoid giving the same seed as the monthly when the month starts on the first day of the week)

The abandoned game.
I entered seed ending 720000 and got:
GMT: Wednesday, 1 March 2023 12:00:00
Your time zone: Wednesday, 1 March 2023 12:00:00 GMT+00:00
Relative: A month ago
Yr Mon Day
2023 - 3 -29
Hr Min Sec
15: 32: 37
GMT Human date to Timestamp

Edited. Am in UK and we're now in BST as of Sunday 26 March. Will that make a difference?

The seed ending in 720 is correct -- that's the one everyone's been using this month, and that's the one on your abandoned table. What's the issue?

BST, CEST, and DST are the common threads here. It shouldn't make a difference, since the UI is generating a timestamp in UTC, but I wonder if some users have been manually changing their system time instead of ensuring they have the correct time zone settings.

But table https://boardgamearena.com/gamereview?table=361623682 shows seed 16776756 in the scoring panel, it's not the same tile set-up or map as we've all been using: you can check any of the replays listed on page 1
Edited: Logged in on a different device. So have tried Android tablet (above results, https://boardgamearena.com/gamereview?table=361623682) and a new game on a Windows PC (which gave same system date results): https://boardgamearena.com/7/gaiaprojec ... =361659963. Neither device was updated manually.

Score lists updated. Two days to go ...

Thanks for your patience with the alternative starting method if you haven't been able to start with the correct seed (16776720 ). As you can see above, we're on the case.

Thank you to everyone who has taken part, both regulars and newcomers. Congratulations and kudos to Jowbo for a staggering 261 – yes, 261 – with all three big buildings on the board by round 3 and four natural federations. Well done kespie, Heraklejski, Freebola and boulou2 for making the top five with big scores. Shout-outs for EvoShandor for being the first to post a PI+RL opening and to PhilAtLast for achieving a big improvement in score.
