why fix something that isn't broken? all functionality seems to be worse

Everything is way worse! It's slow! Doesn't work on my I pad. Graphics look like gingerbread houses.

its under "options" below the gameboard

Upgrades are nice but the Dragon & Princess is without a doubt one of the worst expansions to any board game ever. It quite simply ruins the game. I remember a simultaneous three person rage quit that ended one game years ago when the dragon ate 3/4 meeples from the board inside two turns near the very end

I have also problems with the new version. My last game a few minutes before was very good for me but at the end it was’n possibile to go on. The screen stops and it was not possible to build something.
I am playing on a I-pad without problems the last years but now it is no longer fun for me if I cannot end the game.
What can I do ?

Hi, how can i go back to the old layout?
The new one looks good in the real-world-game, but not online.

This means that i have an option for changing the layout but i can't find.

I'm sure this is a good thing, and thank you for the hard work. But I just timed out and got expelled from a game for the first time ever. Not because of my internet or behaviour, but because the game lagged so badly I couldn't place tiles. I prefer the old simple system if it means no lag.
