I'd also be happy to test it!! I mainly play on iPad but I cannot get alpha access (still almost 400 games).

Not sure if this has been mentioned. But I could not select an occupied bonus worker placement spot with my Grande worker. If I'm not mistaken you should be able to select any occupied/unoccupied worker placement spot with your Grande worker and also get the bonus if it's a spot with a bonus.

From my understanding of the rules, the Grande Worker only gives you the bonus if that space is unoccupied. If all spaces are occupied, then you can still use the Grande Worker to take that action (e.g. build a structure) but you do not get the bonus.

I don't have enough plays to be a reviewer, but I would love to test it here! I love the base game and have played it several times, and I've also played Tuscany and could test it in the future.

Nope, the latest rules for the essential edition explicitly state that “A grande worker placed on a bonus action spec will give you the bonus”
