I really wish they would have clarified the time zone. Being in EST, I also missed the first chest and discouraged that I won't be able to collect them all now. :'(

I reached out to support hoping they can help out.

I guess I can't trust the list that says the game isn't released like I did for day 1. Missed out on this whole thing because of that. Hopefully the day 1 issues will be resolved.

I set a reminder to open the chest each day... I came on August 1 (today) and found day 1 already gone, and only the second chest. How have I missed the first day? Is there any way to fix this?

Wonderfully late notice to ensure people miss the first treasure chest because they didn't know in advance to check daily.

I opened the second chest just now, but didn’t see my cute little animal. (I have the one for yesterday.)
Also, on my iPad, I don’t see the chests when I hold it in Portrait orientation, only in Landscape. Is this the same for all mobile devices?

Would love to see autobahn here. Felt like a great game but too fiddly for me to play irl.

I missed the chest yesterday because in mobile they appear after several other news.

It's a pity to have lost the opportunity to win the challenge the first day, even having tried.

Same here. I didn't know this was happening in August, and I somehow missed the first day.

I wish there was some way to unlock missed days so you aren't completely screwed out of the challenge for the entire month. So discouraging, and makes me not care.

Edit: Last year, they did the event in July, so I just assumed it wasn't being done this year. I know it's not the biggest deal, but I'm just feeling very annoyed.

There's 4 animals to unlock:
1 for the 1st day you click the calendar, another one for a few days streak, another one for a 20 days streak, and the final one for having clicked all treasure chest daily.
No more, no less

So if you miss day 1 you still have the opportunity to win the other trophies, but not the last one which would require all days to be clicked.
For thoses who missed them, sorry about it, but it's the same rule and functionnality we offer every years for more than 3 years.
Is there some stuff to be fixed ? Always.
But that's also the beauty of having limited trophies. This shouldn't affect the joy to discover games and indies, on a daily basis .
