https://boardgamearena.com/tournament?i ... 1#overview Here you go. My progression and Overview both have this issue. I can screenshot more if you need. Sorry for the late reply.
This update they made is... Not without issues. One glaring problem for me is the recommended tournament at the top of the tournament page,It's most definitely in a game you last played years ago. Terrible. If you somehow make this go away... You are king. I mean look at it:
All this blue and light blue must go also, turn that flashy slush into shades of grey asap.

Anyway, I am still figuring out how all this works, no hurry.
Thanks for the link! I will fix this next week.
For the recommanded tournament, best i can do is to allow to hide it. I can't change the recommandation

And for the blue items, light blue is the color of all buttons, i wanted to allow to make it easily configurable (when i will have the time for this...).
I don't know if it's a good idea to change others blue items on this page

I will see...

I really liked that you can now turn on and off the general chat with a click of a button.
But for some reason, after some time, the chat itself turns back on. Is this a bug or is it planned that way?
It's one of the oldest feature of the extension. I'm surprised that it have an issue, but the parameter is not supposed to change for no reason. Unless you uninstall and reinstall the extension?
Does anybody else have the same issue?

Maybe I didn't describe it in great detail, I meant this button (circled in blue). It wasn't there before, at least I didn't notice it. It conveniently turns on/off the chat (although sometimes you have to press twice to turn it on, which can be annoying ), but the chat turns on by itself (it is still on right now , although I did not press the button and definitely turned it off)

I was having this issue, but I THINK it has stopped again. I didn't mention it before this, as others did, and you responded to them that you were fixing an issue there, so I was giving it some time (because it also sometimes takes time before I get the new versions). But I haven't noticed it in the last couple of days I think, so I think it is fixed for me now? Currently on 1.12.45 though.

I decided to test and found some pattern: when I open the site for the first time, the chat is turned off, but when I go to any tab on the site (play now, community, my profile, forum, bga homepage, etc.) the chat turns on again. Reloading the page again removes the chat before the first interaction with same tabs.
I have yandex browser on version 25.12.4.1216

Yes, we are talking about the same thing. That button has been there for three years now

.
But I have reproduced the issue you mentioned, and I will fix it next week. Thank you all for your help!

Yeah, an option to hide it would be nice, but it is really a minor issue, no hurry. As for the blue items, I feel they stand out a lot in dark mode, at least, make them dark blue or something? You can experiment.

A new version 1.12.49 has been published.
Fixed the button used to hide the general chat; the option did not remain enabled when changing pages.
Various fixes for dark mode, particularly on the tournaments page.
Dark mode support for the following games:
- Gyges Deluxe
- Love Letter
- Spy World
- Tiperrary
- Visions

Anyway, I am still figuring out how all this works, no hurry.
I darkened the areas with a blue background a little, but I didn't touch the light blue text: this is the theme applied throughout the dark mode.
But I added a section to the wiki to show a simple way to change the text colors, at least the colors used by dark mode. That way, you can change the colors you want if necessary.
I hope that helps

Yeah that's what I found glaring, the blue backgrounds, the light blue text is not new, you are correct. Someone could say there is a lot blue around for a dark mode, but meh, I got used to it, it's the BGA color after all. I feel the text color is actually not an issue, banner-like buttons, like the Open tournament page, or the Share link one, are in the color of the Play now button in the Lobby but they are a bit wider, but yeah if anyone reeeeally wants to get rid of that blue and go all day-full gray, custom CSS is the way to go, thanks for the wiki example. I feel I can live with it for now, the way it is, heh.
