Not as a "released" games.
We do not publish games without giving the chance to the community to test them as Beta, so most games that are going to be released are Betas now.
I think the miscommunication was that these felt like 31 games we wouldn’t have seen on the site yet but Betas are like the third category under the games tab and many of us check it daily to see what’s new. No reason for us to be ungrateful, but the announcement may have given us excitement that something from the “most requested” like Agricola or Castles of Burgundy was going to get snuck in here. Something we’ve never seen or heard is coming.
I think you can see this by the number of people posting that they are hopeful for a top 10 bgg game or dominion or pandemic. This is absolutely a cool fun idea but users who scour your site thought it was something a little different is all.
I agree that the communication did come across that way. I would be more interested in Alphas becoming Betas than Betas becoming officially released
And in fairness, they’ve done a ton of alpha to beta recently (50 games in beta). There have been days where four new games are just dropped in our lap in beta and it’s been lots of fun.
I think the most fun moment of this year on bgg, for me, was when Marco Polo came from beta to “released” and they threw in (for me) a huge shocker by giving us Marco Polo 2 in BETA. This 31 days will be so fun for the community but, in the future, anything they can do to recreate that feeling would be awesome too.

Where is the calendar?
Which is the first game?
Where is the button for the reward?
I wondered that too.
Go up to the top of the page where the BGA menu is. You'll see PLAY NOW - NEWS - GAMES -COMMUNITY - FORUMS. To the left of the PLAY NOW is a cloud icon. Click on the cloud and it'll take you to the BGA homepage. Then look down the right of the page and you'll see a calendar done up in blue and white. Click on each day's date....for today, it'd be December 1st.

For me 1st of December meant only losing Hanabi to Premium. It made me sad.
